This new house located at the exclusive south
point has a master bedroom with a bathroom and a Jacuzzi in the
outer terrace with a magnificent view to the Caribbean Sea side and
Cancun. It also includes 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in between;
these two bedrooms are the only ones with a bathtub.
It also offers you a studio with a queen sized bed, kitchenette and
bathroom if you are looking for privacy, this is ideal as it has a
separate entrance to the exterior and folding doors separating the
room from the house.
If you are bringing a very large group it also
includes a Villa which is situated next to the pool, consisting of one
queen sized bed, kitchenette, and a bathroom.
The whole property accommodates 10 people, but you can rent it without
the Villa.
The full equipped kitchen has a marble countertop and spacious cabinets
with an adjoining dining room table. All the sinks and handles
throughout the house are made of pure bronze and they are all
individually outstanding.
The laundry room is behind the kitchen and it includes a half bathroom.
If your are going to conduct any business you can do it from the
beautiful tikul desk over looking the Caribbean sea with a sitting area
and a TV.
You almost have a 360 degrees view from the big terrace with a huge
shaggy palapa at the top and a barbecue area. You also can enjoy another
barbecue area by the pool with a chimney which is shaded by a nice
pergola and cozy cushions giving you a sitting area where you will enjoy
your meals.
The pool has a cascade and a tile design of a Mayan turtle. It is
important to point out that in order to take care of the environment;
the pool system consists of using salt instead of chlorine.
You can also enjoy sunning yourself in a queen size Roman Style concrete
bed.
The landscaping enhances the beauty of the property giving a tropical-Caribbean
Zen touch.
At the front of the house there are 2 more shaggy palapas where you can
park your golf carts or vehicles.
Infinity pool
